Declining sales in the UK is NOT a pointless argument. Declining sales is a huge problem in any manufacturing industry. What could possibly cause UK sales to decline if not a lack of product acceptance?
The out-of-stock issue is probably a cash flow problem, as Det Thorne explained.
"I thought the trial users numbers 5,000 or so so quite a lot buying full price" ???? Can you word that differently? The number of trial versions sold in the UK is over 120,000 now.
