I was specifically looking at UK sales, which I made clear in my original post.
Total sales include the trial device. They can sell a lot of the trial devices. Those things fly off the shelves.
The problem is, without return customers, the trial device marketing campaign is a huge failure. The organization that gave BIEL an award didn't measure follow-up sales.
