Great points Art2426 as the velocity of the upward surge in share price makes it nearly impossible to fill an order before it is pushed higher is just a matter of a second. It is like trying to find a needle in a haystack trying to get an order filled when big news hits. It takes the discipline now to accumulate shares, but the rewards are wonderful when the floodgates open with the tsunami!

Don't be so sure in regards to what the FDA will do. They are a political and lobbyist friendly organization.
