RJB, truly understand your frustration, and I'm not going try to peruade you in any one direction. I know nothing more than any other investor. What I do know is our negativity only hurts the company and potential investors. This is a fact! Selling the company, and continuing to fight the CEO, are not solutions. Francine is apparently working financing, let her do her job. My gut feeling is something good will come soon, just hang in. It is always tough in life we when we cant control things, in this case our investment, reason for our frustration.

and Boreal is not?

One simple answer - Francine has been using
Boreal to fund and grow Saint - Elie!

It is sickening that Francine is advertising
9 bottles of Saint - Elie's company brand
water on Boreal's own Website when Boreal
is not receiving a cent for the sale of these
waters.

Why has Francine only marketed one bottle
of Boreal's own company brand water -
" Boreal Baby Water " - while Saint - Elie
has several of its own Company brand water
on the market?

I'll tell you why! She is fixated only on generating
revenues for Saint - Elie!
