You say this as you know it is a fact the practices of Boreal. You have the right to your opinion and until you have hard facts that is nothing but your opinion. Do you know what libel is? You are looking for every reason to attack this company. I wonder what exactly your agenda is as it appears to be personal. Your support here is less and less as people start to see your bad research.
Just so that is it clear to you all… Here some FACTS on the licensing agreement.
The Licensing Agreement was originally executed on December 17, 2007 for $2.0 million with an initial term of five years, with automatic renewal periods of one year unless any party provided the other party thirty (30) days written notice. The original Licensing Agreement was signed between Alain Barriere the then President of Canadian Blue Gold and Francine Lavoie President of Les Sources Saint-Elie inc. and 3090-8925 Quebec inc. On June 16, 2008, the original Agreement was revised and replaced by Francine Lavoie which was now President of Boreal Water; the new Agreement reduced the amount due to Saint-Elie from $2.0 million to $1.0 million, payable at the earliest of the completion of a private placement or within one (1) year from June 16, 2008. The license fee was paid in full by end of 2009. The Licensing Agreement expired in 2012 and was not renewed. Boreal Water does not pay any fees to Saint-Elie. Boreal is still buys private label sparkling water from Saint-Elie for its private label customers that want sparkling water.
