something does not add up....but we do have an idea as to why ;-)


the value of any conversion is deducted from the note (using the actual dollar value of said (each) conversion) not what the conversion yielded later in the market place... should the pps drop again prior to any new conversion then again, the actual $ amount of that transaction is deducted form said original remaining note value.

Why would TEUFF and another party want to come to a deal! Selling down here while a deal could ultimately garner them 15 fold at a dime, 150 fold @ $1 who knows how high it might ultimately climb, who knows what and who are really involved and what is really going on here but TEUFF is afloat the downturn is turning, righted itself you might say TEUFF made it through with assets and revenue, profitable for most of the downturn while other were not. TEUFF is right! TEUFF is tough enough!

Plenty of cash on hand! Lots of Penny Stocks out there trading well above TEUFF that have NO MONEY, zero product and simply just a scam. Once the masses catch onto this one, it's off to the races.
