cash on hand (supposedly millions) YET the CEO does & executes a Convertible Debt aka Toxic Financing deal for $250K

something does not add up....but we do have an idea as to why
the value of any conversion is deducted from the note (using the actual dollar value of said (each) conversion) not what the conversion yielded later in the market place... should the pps drop again prior to any new conversion then again, the actual $ amount of that transaction is deducted form said original remaining note value.
