It sure appeared like you were busting my chops, but I think we can all agree they didn't make the filing for nothing. It certainly appears that they are making an attempt to let everyone know....
"the reporting persons (which are Platinum Partners) do not or have not beneficially owned 10% more or any class of equity securities of Implant Sciences."
This was plainly stated in the explanation of responses section. Interpret why they are making that known now the way you will.
IMHO it might have something to do with them wanting to lessen their exposure to IMSC in someone's eyes.
