Fair enough. Not trying to bust your chops. Things are murky enough as is. In trying to determine significance, one has to look at the filings side by side to see what has changed. It's the fact that the fund is now an officer rather than director, the addresses have changed slightly and the explanation as to why this amended doc was filed point to all the relevant info.
