You are a pom-pom and facts don't matter. Here's a simple fact pom, if the Florida judge throws out the case then the whole process starts over. The Florida lawyer will have to be paid for the Florida folly and the case will be filed de novo in the correct forum.

However, that will not end the action in Florida. When the case is thrown out Cowan's lawyer will file a lawsuit against TAUG in the same Florida court demanding attorney fees and sanctions against TAUG for bringing a meritless lawsuit. Federal Judges have this thing about their time being wasted with meritless complaints. How do you think Judge Robin will rule in that suit? How much will Cowan demand? $200K.

Once the new suit reaches the correct forum the court will order the parties to mediation. New judge, new mediator, new TAUG lawyer, only this time I suspect Cowan will demand the case be mediated by a Federal Magistrate.

The case will be settled. Pom, the Florida case was amateur hour.
