Exactly, LB. I would look at BOD purchases suspiciously. It would seem more promotional than anything. They have plenty and have far more invested here than stock holdings/addition purchases would show, just as you've said. In additon, I would suggest Emil has plenty. Things are fine, some have sold lately or the stock MIGHT be under a little manipulation. Big deal. We wait on the IPRs!

You make a few valid points. But, I'd like to mention that if any BOD purchased shares, not only does it show confidence, they would NEVER GET 10 million shares at these prices. Inside buying is always looked upon as a positive, for any stock. Any large BUYS, would send this stock back up to the $ .20-25 range, IMHO.

Take a look at the volume. 1.3 million shares traded out of ONE BILLION! This is absolutely nothing! The PPS drop drastically on only 2,200 shares traded! It's very easy to explain how the price drops drastically with such little volume. Due diligence. Need I say more? As I always say. There's no need to panic. If the BOD's wanted the PPS up, they could easily accomplished this.

Insiders buying shares would show some skin in the game, and it would be a token to all of the shareholders sitting in the red at 4 cents, that their own BOD put their money where there mouth (and free shares) are.

You bet, they already have enough shares because they were FREE, and I disagree with your statement that "it still wouldn't tell us anything different". Believe me, if Emil cut a check for $150,000 to personally pick up shares on the open market, that would speak volumes.
