Your last part about the Bod being able to get pps up if they wanted is wrong. ....clearly !!! They desperately need the pps up in order to help with funding. ..no one is buying and restricted stock when the price is down here and has been steadily falling for 2 yrs !!!!.....no matter what we believe the "optics" are terrible !!
