Can you send me info on how to file a complaint with the Board of Accountancy.

Interesting! A complaint about what? Without inside information, what evidence does anyone actually have that might support some sort of complaint? The return of old work papers was delayed? Why? Only Cowan knows the answer! (Seth Shaw may know the answer, but will never communicate it prior to the litigation being adjudicated!)

Please post a copy of the complaint once it has been authored and forwarded!

Cowan appears to be exiting the business of auditing public companies entirely. The phrase "it has transferred its SEC practice to MSPC, Certified Public Accountants and Advisors, a Professional Corporation (“MSPC”)" appears in a number of 8-K filings in the last several months.

They may be intending to withdraw their PCAOB registration.
