Your wrong, and seem to have a difficult time accepting it.. I have asked him and all he did was chuckle... we use rule 144. All of your side bar comments wont change that.. you can attempt to discredit what I say..which is a common theme...but that wont change the fact(s) we used Rule 144 for the private placement in question.

Everyone can have an opinion here...in fact thats what boards are for... mine has changed a great deal when it comes to many who express them... some are higher and some are lower... take a guess.
