The OTC Markets panel denied the request and notified the Company it would be moved from the OTCQB to the OTC Pink Limited Information category effective at market open Friday July 31, 2015.

The response is "classic" and no surprise, based upon a penny looking for a huge miracle financial windfall! All of the posted "defenses" have been taken from a company authored Press Release! AGAIN, A COMPANY AUTHORED PRESS RELEASE! And the post seems to be suggesting a company authored Press Release will be viewed as "evidence" in a court of law? Good luck!
