The BoD is a scam is such non-fact example. The PPS is 0.40$ is a Fact of frustration.

Opinion posted as fact. Why is the BOD fearful about adding members from outside the tent? Why is the BOD set up in such a way where death is the only means of being replaced? Why not let the shareholders offer an opportunity to truly get a shareholder-representative BOD?

As far as the 40c/share valuation goes, the BOD has means of raising the PPS. They merely choose not to. But you knew that already. : )

So no speculation on the bad stuff. Speculation on the odds of passing phase III and prospective pps is fine. How'd we do on those?
