corporal, that non BoD stuff is based on possibilities, FDA regulation and pass events.
Speculating on the BoD would be based on NOTHING at all but slander on this board because if you meet them they are either better comedians then Russian or they are sincerely working to make PPHM a player in very difficult circumstance and with a lot of HIDDEN resistance (ref. dose switching, 1st ln NSCLC, Pancreatic randomising, SUNRISE exceptional control arm performance compared to same with Opdivo, etc).
And as I have got NO prove of anything bad other then other speculation I prefer not to speculate onto speculation.
All reasons giving on this board why the BoD would be a scam come back to the fact that they have a high remuneration (CEO King on top) but everybody is deaf for the fact that he is a patent owner of the CORE patents of our business (Bavituximab and BetaBodies).
If you have patents and you improve the SOC in 2nd ln NSCLC with 60% then you are not a scam. If Memorial Sloan Kettering and NCCN, AstraZeneca and now possibly Merck is working with Bavituximab then you are not a scam. If AbbVie already in 2012 wanted to sign a partnership, just stopped in time by sabotage at our CRO, then I think the SCAM is elsewere but NOT in PPHM and its BoD, don't you think so?
