With all due respect, that's only if we don't get deluted when doing a propper comparitive evaluation once we understand financials and the new share structure. Typically when a company buys a shell, existing shareholders are considered a liability when there is no other value to the shell. For example, malecon is not buying the vtcq business, they are simply interested in the shell, based on the deal that was struck. We need more info to confirm, but if i were in malecon's possition, I'd feel no obligation to existing shareholders, and I'd likely dilute their value down as much as possible from a pure business prospective, as i would be more interested in attracting new money.

Current MCIG Leadership HOSED Minority VTCQ Shareholders Were Given ZERO option

Make no mistake about that. IMO, MCIG purposely screwed over minority VTCQ shareholders - as minority VTCQ shareholders HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO ACCEPT MALECON SHARES.

IMO, MCIG should have given minority VTCQ shareholders a chance to get MCIG shares in lieu of Malecon shares. Malecon is not in the same sector as VTCQ and didn't acquire VTCQs operations or products. Malecon gets their shell. MCIG Corp got what they wanted at the expense of minority VTCQ shareholders.

Malecon should have simply acquired VTCQ outright....and they would have had their "1 to 2.4 MILLION" PLUS $500,000 from VTCQ operations. And, if MCIG had secured the MOQs, then that would have been a win, win, win for all involved.

But no, CURRENT MCIG leadership screws over minority VTCQ shareholders. Win for MCIG corp. Win for Malecon. Minority VTCQ shareholds simply screwed. Current MCIG leadership didn't waste a single minute of their precious time on these "legitimate" VTCQ investors, did they??

revenues of at least $1 to 2.4 million which is replacing a company that made less than $500,000 last year .." I'd say that was a good option...

What option? lol. No option was offered. You missed the point.

BTW, 1 or 2 million in revenue (not profit) doesn't scream too loud when a company has been at it for over 40 years. Besides, your failing to account for the recent quadrupling of Authorized Shares (A/S) and the shell shocking shell share implosion (R/S) that few deny is "coming soon".
