We need more info to confirm, but if i were in malecon's possition, I'd feel no obligation to existing shareholders, and I'd likely dilute their value down as much as possible from a pure business prospective, as i would be more interested in attracting new money.

That makes so much sense. You want to attract new money so dilute everybody that currently holds your shares and drive the price down to almost zero so you can sell more shares to new investors who will be just dying to buy them after you screwed the last group. So what if it takes ten billion shares to raise $1 million. I can just see you trying that strategy. ROTFLMAO.
