I don't see any contract or consideration being paid. How is a "memo" a credible transfer of a public company assets? If those lines around the signature box is indeed a cut and paste, isn't Santos guilty of attempted grand larceny? If he was true owner why doesn't Santos make Europe work with him?

The other piece of factual evidence is that mCig denies that it's authentic. So at best your objective evidence is questionable. It's also of dubious legal value since it's not notarized or printed on company letterhead and Al's is the only signature on the assignment letter as VTCQ CEO assigning the rights to himself.
In any event, the whole thing is irrelevant since mCig doesn't need the trademark and Al doesn't own it and probably never will.
