I don't see any contract or consideration being paid. How is a "memo" a credible transfer of a public company assets? If those lines around the signature box is indeed a cut and paste, isn't Santos guilty of attempted grand larceny? If he was true owner why doesn't Santos make Europe work with him?
Don't see any chance of even one of your buddies predictions coming right, infact they have already been disproved but he keeps going on his mission.
