The company is pissed because TD exposed the scam and the insiders are holding worthless shares they can't dump.

I had a fairly well known attorney threaten to sue me - but these scam companies don't want to be exposed to Discovery and have the world know their finances are works of fiction.

As I have posted I made the Attorney my Old Lady - the companies he was pumping were suspended and he was exposed as a scammer.

If your identity means nothing then why is your post name all over the SEC and Lawyer documents? They sure seem interested or at least the attorney does which is dangerous as I discussed with lucky!

So your position is that you should let these OTCM scams continue and noobie investors shouldn't be warned because of the threat of a lawsuit. Screw the scammers.

Because they're nutcases who have a poor understanding of the First Amendment. And the truth as well. They're being sued by the SEC, and they're trying to blame that on message board posters. And, predictably enough, on NSS.
