I think the person be referenced did own stock in the years previous to the 2012 Belize oil announcement.
IMO the stock was purposely promoted and the entire portfolio of TECO stock was sold at the peak PPS.
A great time to get some NSS. Through paying for them or receiving them as payment .... JMO

Why would somebody who claims to be a do gooder that doesn't ( never) owned any stock, is not any of the people that the defendants expects them to be come out of the blue and spend several years pummeling a company 24/7?
