Johnny I concern myself with what is brought to me as a Board member by Seth. If Seth requires my attendance or participation in any matter I will of coarse comply and do all I can to help advance the success of Tauriga Sciences Inc.
I neither look for or want to, involve myself in any matters that are not requested of me in my capacity as a board of director for TAUG.
There were no formal presentations presented to me personally nor was there any board meeting that I participated in, other then the last one that took place prior to Mr. Berman joining our board. We ratified Mr. Berman through an official vote that took place. Mr Berman resigned thru his written resignation as presented to his shareholders via his web site and posted here....It was subsequently addressed by the company in a 8-K filing. Other then those two things I was not nor am I involved with anything that concerned Mr. Berman and any conversations he may or may not have had with our CEO. I did in fact as Mr. Berman after his resignation if anyone posting on this board was his official representative and that I thought airing ones issues on this or any message board was not the proper thing to do. Mr. Bermans reply to me was stamped with a confidential notice. And because of this notice will not be discussed here or any where.
My focus is to try and help Seth in any way I can to get this company back to fully reporting. Any new business or expansion of any current business will be left up to Mr. Shaw and presented to the board at the appropriate time.
This or any message board is not the place to disseminate any official company business, so I wont. Thank you and thank you to all of the shareholders of Tauriga Sciences Inc.
