I don't know whether they are still interested or not. But if you follow that news release DECN sent out last week, they pretty much said they weren't interested in the TAUG law suit which they believed would be expensive. In addition DECN was lead to believe, as we all were, that TAUG was on the cusp of re-emerging as "current" with the SEC. I don't think that is any longer the case. So I guess we both can go on being proud TAUG shareholders and I will also enjoy my DECN shares.
