That sucks! Especially given the company was building a product to protect our soldiers in the field during a war - unbelievable someone would profit by ruining them via collusive shorting! (see below, company itself may have been a scam)
Really makes me wonder what the heck has happened at the SEC since then - as in no investigation of the absurd 10k put options trade on AMRN stock 3 days before expiration on the eve of the ANCHOR Adcom - and AMRN has also had some massively high FTD's in it's history (naked shorts) - type AMRN into the box left top and click on "get data" box right next to it:
There 's NO REASON to purchase any shares of this company. The products they have/had to sell are tied up in litigation that they cannot afford maintain. They will or already have run out of money. Therefore not being able to bring anything to market as promised year after year. It is also inferred that (JR) John Robinson has his hand in the company in some unknown capacity. He was prosecuted by the SEC for running a SCAM & sued by them for ill gotten gains. That being said. play at your own risk!!!
