This stock has spent 1 day (Oct 13th, 2013), since April 23rd 2007! I am not a chartist, but I think if we can get through $3's, 5's should follow soon after. $5's will also bring in funds that cannot buy into stocks below $5. So it could be on if we can get there in next month or 2.
