The racing commission recently fined our previous trainer/stable for an infraction of the rules. The racing stewards are keeping an eye on our stable so the new trainer wants everything to be on the up and up...

For the folks that have read/seen Seabiscuit... you might recall why the trainer had Seabiscuit's workouts at night...
