Regarding Zhabilov's last ticker, the SEC's objective with the suspension was to protect the public.

Because the other two tickers EFIR and MNVN both operated by Dennis Alexander are badly delayed in their financial filings with the SEC anything that BSSP wants to do will be held up by the authorities.
You can tell the merger with Canteck/Cantech hasn't been consumated because the 2.2 billion shares haven't been issued. There is no merger.
