LOL thanks for letting me know what the judge who will be handling the case can do and what he cannot LMAO. There is a reason it is going to him for final judgment, it's because he has the final say and yes, he can rule how he feels right. Don't try to teach me on law here, I have way more knowledge in that area that you can even imagine and I know many lawyers.
