Seriously?

scam company ADTM can do a private placement at a 50% discount to yesterday's vwap of $0.00169, or at $0.000845/share, for $5.0 million and have to issue 5.9 BILLION common shares, increasing the O/S by 5.9 billion. The authorized common shares would have to be increased, of course.

do you really not understand this?

In this case it's likely right... Noteholders generally do not receive restricted shares.. And when they receive shares, they generally sell right away.. Hence most of the volume here adding to the OS... But no.. They can't magically receive a billion restricted shares... Sorry... All are limited to 9.99% of the OS at a time otherwise they become an affiliate... And again they generally sell immediately .. So it's unlikely that noteholders are holding their 9.99% of the OS right now or the stock would be getting pounded still .. My prediction of 130m OS is likely very close right now.. If the selling comes back that means that number is rising by most likely over 50% of the volume as I roughly calculated before...

Further arguing is a waste of posts / time for me... We need an updated OS otherwise we can keep going back and forth.... I bet I'm pretty dang close to right!!

You don’t have the history so suggest a little research. The convertible notes issued in Feb by CEO Strong effectively put the vast majority of ownership into the hands of 4-5 of his shareholder pals when converted. Why sell when you have direct info that the merger will happen and you can own 20% of one of the companies. 1.5B is already authorized, which was upped from the previous 300M. Do the math. A single note converted alone is more than the 130M O/S you’re betting on.
