I learned something today... 30 day avg volume includes weekends, lol. So my current OS prediction is more around 170m ....
I'm really not trying to argue "for" this company ... Just was posting what I think the OS is right now. Until someone can get a real number on the OS were all entitled to our own opinions... We are all entitled to think we're right and the other is wrong...
If what you've said is true these would be restricted shares owned by affiliates which would be good for shareholders...
Who really knows...
If the merger goes through, this could see a huge move regardless of splits, dilution, etc. if the merger happens then regardless of the OS this could justify a $10-20m market cap. There's just a lot of uncertainty right now since they haven't updated anyone in a long time....
