sunstar, yes Dr. Brekken's findings are the key. It must be reproduced in humans.
BTW something we most often forget when we start the name calling MSK/Wolchok, Rutger's/Birge, Scott Antonia, etc, etc is that actually it all started at University of Texas SW in Thorpe's and now combined Brekken's labs.
I believe the primary signal that is being sought in the small trials is the actual extent of the ‘Brekken Effect’ in human patients. I think Dr. Brekken,TexSW, is a straight shooter when he makes claims that come from his lab work. We need to see how it actually translates in trials.
Being a straight shooter has nothing to do with it. One needs to recognize that results from cell lines and mouse models very frequently don't replicate in human trials.
