I've dealt with Scottrade in the past about the o/s they had listed. They tried to say I owned more than 5% of the o/s and they did not allow me to sell. However, their numbers were wrong. And it took me a long while for them to sort it out. They rely on a third party for the share structure numbers. And they are not that accurate. If I was to call scottrade and ask them - it would mean nothing. Need to get the number if rom a filing or from the TA.
