I am still so curious about giant macrophage...are they like the dinosaurs of macrophage? It's crazy that a single macrophage can't handle those pesky cancer cells...
I hear that that giant macrophage are easier to filter from liquid biopsies....what the heck is a liquid biopsy???
I think it's like looking at whats in the trash of the immune system..but of course..I'm just a realtor...
