I would argue that SK should be fired if he DOES submit a BLA.

It would clearly be a complete waste of cash and resources on a submission that would be promptly "refused to file" by the FDA.

exwannabe, the plan might be to make the FDA laugh so much they might look favorably at PPHM sometime in the distant future.
