Factually you are quite correct. It should also be noted that Scott Keevil, and associated entities, are very substantial creditors of the Company which provides another layer of control over Corporate activities.
First you claim that as a director on the board he has no power. Then you say you want them to do what's right. Does he have the power to do what you want him to do or not.
He is there because there were enough shareholders and shares to get him there. Action had to be taken to get Cam out and Otto in. Can you explain the change any other way? If so please enlighten us.
I have been in SRSR for years. At this point I have very little to lose so even baby steps are appreciated. I think people that want to "LOL" and "Not make this stuff up" should take a step back and see what the new board will bring.
The excuse that is being used that they don't want to see other investors suckered in to SRSR is phony. I haven't seen anyone touting SRSR as a great buy.
