You do realize that a bod seat doesnt award control right?
It is simply a title.

Control of a public company comes from only 1 source. Shares.
So unless you can show me Ottos increase in share ownership or share control he has the same control he has always had.

This is a real issue here. This board just assumes Scott is out of control but nobody can show that Scotts control has changed at all.

People think a title grants control but it doesnt.

Insider holdings are quite important to the conversation.

Problem being they dont report insider holdings.
The question that people should be asking is why they dont report.
Sure.... the dont have to because there is no regulation.

Thats like justifying shoplifting by saying there is no cameras.
Just because there is nobody enforcing regulations doesnt mean they dont have to report.
That is what honesty and integrity are about.
You do whats right even if nobody is looking.

SRSR lacks honesty and integrity
Which is to say they deserve no trust.

This is why I question every statement.
They need to earn trust by doing whats right at all times
