As one involved in development of start-ups, I know that getting a company into production mode takes time

I'm sure we all clearly remember how this merger was being touted on a daily basis, "1000 times repeated", ad nauseum on this board as a "MEGA MERGER", "HALL OF FAME MERGER", "REVERSE MERGER with MULTI-MILLION dollar company", etc, etc. Now it's nothing more than a start up company? Actually, a start up company is what all signs have pointed to since this merger was first announced by Robert Rico last year. It sure isn't behaving like a Multi-Multi Million dollar company. Things are not right, here.
