As a NXGH Investors, I do not rely of PRs to assess the value of the company. As one involved in development of start-ups, I know that getting a company into production mode takes time, and demanding progress on a ridiculously frequent basis just isn't going to happen. I know that holding a penny stock to the same timeworthy standards of a higher reporting company is just a wishdream. A penny stock company can and will report according to what is timely for the company, not as investors and outsiders may demand. Threats to report a company to the SEC, FINRA, etc happen all the time in pennyland, and if reported, these complaints are placed in a very special round file.
