The defense litigation is over, not the offense litigation. As to the NV suit, DECN wants $400-700 million ... when will its annual sales reach that level? 10 years? More?

Fair enough, "dramatic." I would say much too dramatic. Why doesn't he say, "The people running JNJ are poopy-heads, and we kicked their tushies!"

I also didn't like his statement regarding the disposition of the settlement proceeds.
