...don't know if I would call them "abysmal"... perhaps "dramatic"...but the facts are the facts...

They won and the "final" nail has been put in the litigation coffin...which means they can move on with product line and enter Big Retail as soon as practicable.

...very positive announcement today. It can now go into "business" and generate real revenue...
