never 'claimed' that - just questioning the validity of a Court case against the 2011 SMA Alliance Team, whom are not preferred shareholders / or majority owners according to records, and from the looks of it, Tony and Tim left the building in 2011/12 end of story. I questioned why our 2013 CEO and beyond are not on any of the Tradset documentation. I'm no lawyer and the post in question claimed
