Consider this:

The potential reverse split might not even be necessary depending on where the pps is sitting at the time of the future acquisitions

higher pps = fewer shares needed for the acquisition

fewer shares needed = no reverse split, the current A/S will absorb the acquisition no problem


Considering how thin this thing is, Finra news will send it silver in minutes

I don't see an R/S happening

especially if we get more savvy investors buying in before the fun begins
