I would seriously like to learn and understand the share structure conversion here. Is it that Timor already has(prior to merger)so many shares that acquiring the other assets doesn't jibe? I am relying on others with much more expertise, and they think no split or maybe 1:2.

I agree that a r/s may not be necessary, I was just focusing on the fact that if one WAS to take place 1) it would not be a significant one and 2) Mr. Turlov would still be holding anywhere north of 80% of the OS.

So, either way, I am a happy man...obviously even happier if a r/s is not conducted. Looking forward to the details as they should be rolling out here shortly
