Yes, but the lack of trader interest has as much to do with being a pink sheet listed stock. There was some poster who came on a week or so ago who typified that cynicism. Even uplisting to the OTC BB will add interest and credibility enlarging the audience without having to resort to restructuring ..yet.... Again incrementalism makes more sense than brash action because outside of this community of longs, any restructuring will just as, or more, likely be construed as a negative, So maintaining share price for qualifying for a larger exchange will be more difficult to do with a bigger r/s....and thus liquidity may be lessened rather than enhanced because until you're on that larger exchange you still don't have the larger audience you seek for potential buyers.
