but how does that 80% institutional ownership come into play regarding the grand Collapse from 20.72 all the way down to 4 dollars in a terrible collapse. Where is the institutional strength to stop that collapse? or maybe I dont understand something.
The new biotech made a nice rally upwave in 2014-2015 and then last summer/fall proceeded to
tank to a bottom its still trying to rise up from.
