You make good posts regardless of where one stands. However, I think the turnaround specialists would be all over this if there was some meat on this bone.
Buying the secured debt and a huge discount pre BK was prob the better play.
All I could see that would speed this up is some combination of buyout and/or conversion to Chapter 7. Otherwise, yes this will take (probably many) years.
