Duke, do you Actually Know that he has 400,000,000 shares left to sell at at least ..0003? What is the date on that Edgar statement? If you cannot substantiate your comments on the same post, without referring the reader elsewhere or At Least use an "IMO", the post will then lend itself to possible deletion. Yours happens to be a negative post and the same would apply if it was a positive post. In the future if a post such as yours, non-substantiated on the same post, without at least an "IMO" or "Forward Looking Statement" notation, positive or negative, will be considered to be subject to deletion. Hoppel is doing a 3a10 which means he is issued a set amount of negotiated shares and nothing more. If the stock goes down then it is his loss. He doesn't get any more.

Do some real DD if you want to present facts. But that isn't your agenda is it?
