No dude again you are misrepresenting.

Hoppel is doing a 3a10 which means he is issued a set amount of negotiated shares and nothing more. If the stock goes down then it is his loss. He doesn't get any more.

Do some real DD if you want to present facts. But that isn't your agenda is it?
